…after a long period of planning we finally managed to go for authentic dim sum with Mike (K's lab-mate). It turned out that on an ordinary Sunday it can be difficult to find a place where you can enjoy your dim sum without standing in a queue for hours just to get a table. In the fourth restaurant we finally got a table pretty quickly and Mike didn't hesitate a second to order, in unpronounceable words (maybe because it was Cantonese), a variety of extremely delicious foods.
Actually I don't know everything by name that was served to our table, but I'll give a brief excerpt: some chinese pork in puff pastry, mashed broiled shrimp on vegetables, fried squid, shrimp dumplings and most mentionable - chicken feet!

Mike told us that you only eat the skin, actually there's not much more than the skin itself =)…so, I guess the chicken feet are being cooked in the brown sauce, because the skin was sort of wobbly...I'm not sure why it's a specialty, must be some kind of peer pressure ;o). However, I'm glad we tried it!
Thanks again for inviting us Mike!
And here some pikschas!
